Who is responsible for management of local accounting and Group reportingThe main responsibilities are management of everyday accounting processes in Company, preparing financial statements and reports to Company’s management and to NCC Housing Headquarter, as well as to local authorities, monitoring changes in tax laws and ensuring compliance of all applicable taxes. Task also includes cooperation with auditors and preparation of Annual Accounts, ensuring internal control procedures and maintenance of accounting system.We expect from the successful candidate:
• Active and strong customer focused personality• Systematic, structured and analytical approach• Higher education in economics or accounting• Minimum 3 years of work experience on similar position• Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation, knowledge of IFRS is an advantage• Capability to work independently as well as in the team• Very good command of Estonian and English.• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word• Experience with accounting software HansaWorld Enterprise is an advantage
