Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting processes within the parent company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Lead the accounting team of the parent company, including guiding day-to-day work, supporting professional development, and ensuring smooth cooperation within the accounting function as well as with other departments.
• Manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing processes of the parent company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and management reports for the parent company and ensure that all reporting requirements are met.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Accountant and support the preparation of group consolidation and group reporting by providing timely and accurate financial data from the parent company.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, tax reporting, and other statutory requirements, working with external advisors and authorities when necessary.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies within the parent company to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate the parent company audit process, preparing documentation and working with external auditors.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and ERP processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Experience managing accounting processes in a medium-sized or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience managing month-end close and statutory reporting processes.
• Experience working with ERP system Directo.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in English and Estonian.
