Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, purchases, and sales in the accounting and inventory systems.
• Reconciling physical stock with system data and investigating discrepancies.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate valuation of inventory in line with accounting standards.
• Collaborating with warehouse, orders and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of goods received and dispatched.
• Guiding stock related personnel about the correct processing of the stock documents
• Assisting in month-end and year-end stock reconciliations and reporting.
• Preparing stock-related reports for management and supporting auditors with required documentation.
• Assisting in improving stock management and accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – ability to track and reconcile stock and cost data.
• Good understanding of inventory control and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – able to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Proactive and organized – capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in stock accounting, inventory control, or warehouse finance.
• Strong computer skills and experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g. Directo, SAP, or similar).
• Fluent in Estonian and English.
• Ability to work from our office in Tartu, Estonia.
